Request for Image Review
The Sporthorse Medical Diagnostic Centre increasingly receives imaging material through various channels for evaluation and/or a second opinion.
To handle and assess these cases efficiently, we kindly ask you to use the form and upload options provided below.
Image quality
Naturally, we cannot provide an assessment if the image quality is insufficient.
Please submit the material in one of the following formats:
- Radiographs and ultrasound images: preferably in DICOM format, JPEG is also accepted.
- MRI and CT images: DICOM format only.
- Scintigraphy studies: preferably in DICOM format, JPEG or BITMAP is also accepted.
- Video material: almost all formats are accepted, as long as they can be opened on both Windows and Apple systems.
- Previous reports: PDF or Word format.

We aim to provide a written report by email within two working days.
In urgent cases, you will be contacted by phone as soon as possible.
A thorough evaluation with a written report involves certain costs.
Depending on the time required, these fees will be calculated accordingly.
Below is an overview of the standard rates for image evaluation:
- Radiographic and ultrasound studies: €189.00
- MRI and CT studies: €269.00
- Scintigraphy studies: €162.50
- Video material: €82.50
- Video material for SMDC patient follow-up: €31.50
All listed prices are excluding VAT.
Unfortunately, we are unable to evaluate any imaging material unless the form above has been completed.
