In the past, most extractions were performed under general anesthesia using the \u201crepulsion\u201d technique (pushing the tooth out from above). This is the least invasive technique and is preferred when the crown is still sufficiently intact. <\/li><li><strong>Minimally invasive buccotomy<\/strong><br>In cases where the clinical crown is missing or the molar is severely affected (for example, by advanced caries), a small incision (about 10 mm) is made in the cheek. The tooth is carefully loosened and gently extracted from the jaw using a threaded pin placed in the tooth. <\/li><li><strong>Segmentation<\/strong><br>If the molar is fragile or severely damaged, it is carefully divided into several sections. These fragments are then removed individually, minimizing the risk of damage to surrounding structures. <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-786fed1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"786fed1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Before the extraction, the situation is assessed with advanced imaging (X-ray or CT scan) to ensure a safe and targeted approach.
